Cybersecurity
This templates operationalizes Enspirit.dev personal cybersecurity checklist. Being straight to the point of basic security hygiene, it is ideal for individuals, freelancers and solopreneurs to secure their digital live on a daily basis.
The checklist can also be used in conjunction with company-driven checklists like Cyberfundamentals or Aikido Security Checklist to train users and assess their current practices.
The template is made of Behaviors, Practices and Dangers, categorized in six categories (Accesses, Email, Information, Secrets, Devices, and Facts):

Use the Card sorting (aka Casino) board to pass each behavior, practice and danger in turn. And classify them. Those you know and apply every day, those that you know about but don't always apply, those you didn't know or never do, etc. You may start small by assessing only the behaviors or practices (use the filters):
If you think about a specific action you could do to improve your practice, open the card, take a few notes and create/adapt proposed tasks:
The "To Improve" board shows where your attention is needed. Just open the cards, find your notes and actions, do them, reassess the card if it clearly improves the situation.
If you know Klaro Cards well, you may of course create a Kanban board with those cards, and organize your improvement process a bit more formally. If you do, we suggest:
To avoid a Todo / Ongoing / Done
dimension, but favor something like Experiencing / To broaden / Daily practice
instead. Cybersecurity is about changing habits, the dimension reflects that better.
When it comes to changing habits, don't start too many new things at once. Take one or two of the most important items, and move them to Daily practices, one at a time. Then repeat.
You may certainly disagree with a few behaviors, practices or dangers we propose. Find those cards in the "To justify" board and open each one in turn. Explain with a few notes why you think they don't apply to you. Think about saying that to your child, best friend or husban/spouse. The simple exercice will help you make sure you don't simply disagree without knowing exactly why.
The Step back board helps you get the whole picture. Does the assessment reflect the reality ? Should you make the exercice again ?
